What happens to my data?
It lives in a space that belongs only to your business and only your team sees it. If you ever leave, you take everything with you in standard formats.
Does the system send messages on its own?
Not without your approval. The system drafts the message, reminder or reply, and you decide whether it goes out.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need. After the diagnosis you get a written proposal with scope, stages and price, with no hidden charges.
What is the first step?
A free consultation: we look at your operation and show you how it would look in your business, with your logo and your catalog.
When will I see results?
We set the timeline for each stage with you in the consultation, in writing. What changes in your numbers depends on your operation, which is why we don't promise figures before the diagnosis.
What if I need something fast?
We start with what hurts most and deliver it first. What we don't do is skip the diagnosis: a system without a foundation breaks when you grow.
Does every business get the same thing?
No. We start from a proven base and adjust it to your industry: a clinic needs chair scheduling; a construction company needs a site log.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, your catalog or list of services, access to what you already use and someone on your team who knows the operation.
How do I know it works?
With your own numbers: messages answered, leads followed up, payments up to date. We send you a periodic report.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Every delivery includes two rounds of changes. Anything beyond that is quoted in writing before it is made.
Can I add more later?
Yes. The platform grows by modules and you add what you need when you need it.
Do you work with businesses outside Mexico?
Yes. The site and the platform can be in English and Spanish, and meetings are online.
