Comprehensive Privacy Notice

This notice explains which personal data we collect on alphaomega.software, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights. It is issued under the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) on March 20, 2025.

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is GRUPO KORDILA, S.A. de C.V., which operates the Alpha & Omega brand, with its address at Vialidad de la Barranca 6, Torre 1, Piso 4, Interlomas, Z.C. 52787, Huixquilucan, State of Mexico, Mexico.

For any privacy matter, including exercising your rights, write to us at contacto@alphaomega.software or on WhatsApp at +52 56 3444 4093. A member of our team handles these requests.

2. What data we collect

When you fill out the contact form, we collect only what you type:

  • Name.
  • Email address.
  • Phone number (optional).
  • Company (optional).
  • Type of service you are interested in.
  • The message you send us.

3. Data we do not process

We do not request or process sensitive personal data, or financial or property data. Please do not include it in your message.

The site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we find that we have received any, we delete it.

When you submit the form, a bot verification service checks technical signals from your browser to confirm that a person is writing. We use it only to protect the form.

If you accept analytics cookies, browsing data is also collected for statistical purposes. Details are in section 10 and in our Cookie Policy.

4. What we use your data for

We use your data for the following purposes, which are necessary to handle your request:

  • Replying to your request or questions.
  • Preparing and scheduling the free consultation you request.
  • Preparing and sending you a proposal, if you ask for one.

5. Secondary purposes

We do not use your data for any secondary purpose. We do not send you advertising or newsletters, we do not sell your data, we do not build profiles and we do not send bulk messages.

If in the future we wish to use your data for a different purpose, we will ask for your consent beforehand, and you may refuse without affecting how we handle your request.

6. How we store it and for how long

The form sends your information by email to our team. The site does not keep a database of what you write.

With each submission we also keep a record of your acceptance of the privacy notice and the terms of use: your name and email, the date and time, the version of each document and the page you sent the form from. We use it only to be able to prove that you gave your consent, and we keep it for as long as your request.

We keep your data in our email only for as long as needed to handle your request and, if we end up working together, to follow up on that relationship. After that we delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.

We apply administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration or unauthorized access.

7. Who we share your data with

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties. For that reason we do not ask for your consent to transfers.

To run the site we rely on providers that process data only on our behalf and under our instructions (processors). This is not a transfer. Some of them may process the data on servers located outside Mexico. They are:

  • A cloud provider that hosts and delivers the site and provides the bot verification service.
  • A transactional email provider that delivers the form message to our team.
  • If you accept analytics cookies, a web analytics provider that gives us visit statistics.

8. Your ARCO rights and how to exercise them

You have the right to know what data we hold about you (Access), to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification), to ask us to delete it (Cancellation) and to object to its use for a specific purpose (Opposition).

To exercise them, send your request to contacto@alphaomega.software or on WhatsApp at +52 56 3444 4093. Your request must include:

  • Your name and an email address or other means for us to reply.
  • A document proving your identity or, if you act on behalf of someone else, that person's identity and your authority to represent them.
  • A clear description of the data concerned (not required for access requests).
  • The right you wish to exercise or what you are asking for.
  • Any information that helps us locate your data. For rectification, state the correction and, where applicable, the supporting document.

Deadlines and cost

We will reply within 20 business days of receiving your request. If it is granted, we will carry it out within 15 business days after our reply. These periods may be extended once for an equal period when the circumstances justify it, and we will let you know.

We reply through the same channel you used to contact us. Access to your data is provided by email as a digital document. Exercising your rights is free of charge; we may only charge reproduction or shipping costs where the law allows.

9. Withdrawing consent and limiting the use of your data

You may withdraw the consent you gave us at any time through the same channels: contacto@alphaomega.software or WhatsApp +52 56 3444 4093. Withdrawal does not have retroactive effect and, in some cases, may prevent us from continuing to handle your request.

If you want us to stop contacting you, tell us through those same channels and we will not write to you again.

For analytics, you can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page.

10. Cookies and tracking technologies

The site uses a first-party cookie to remember your language and a record in your browser of your cookie choice. Neither identifies you.

Only if you accept it in the cookie banner does the site load a web analytics tool that uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are viewed, with data such as your browser and device type, pages viewed, visit duration and approximate location. If you do not accept, that tool is not loaded.

The full list, with each cookie's name, who sets it, its purpose and duration, is in our Cookie Policy.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice due to changes in the law, in our services or in how we process your data. We will publish the current version on this page, with the date of its last update at the top. If the change is significant, we will also show a visible notice on the site.

12. Authority

If you believe we did not handle your request properly or that your rights were violated, you may go to the Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance (Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno), the authority in charge of overseeing compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. A rights protection request must be filed within 15 business days after we communicate our reply, or once the reply period has expired if we did not reply. More information at www.gob.mx/buengobierno.
